Terms & Scope
This isn't a legal document. It's a plain explanation of what the service covers, how pricing works, and what to expect.
SheetFix fixes, cleans up, rebuilds, simplifies, and improves spreadsheets for small businesses, sole traders, and anyone who relies on Excel or Google Sheets to run part of their operation.
That includes things like fixing broken formulas, tidying messy layouts, rebuilding inherited spreadsheets, creating new sheets from a brief, adding structure and documentation, and making files easier to use and maintain.
SheetFix is a spreadsheet service. There are some things that sit outside what it covers:
If what you need turns out to be bigger than a spreadsheet job, SheetFix will tell you honestly — including if a different type of service would be a better fit.
SheetFix uses fixed price tiers to keep things simple. Prices are based on the visible complexity of the job — number of tabs, formula logic, whether dashboards or branding are involved.
If a spreadsheet turns out to be more complex than it first appeared, SheetFix will confirm the updated scope and price before continuing. No extra work is completed without agreement.
See the full pricing breakdown on the Pricing page.
The customer is responsible for checking that the finished spreadsheet suits their business needs before relying on it. SheetFix will deliver a clean, working file with documentation — but the customer knows their business better than anyone.
Customers are also responsible for the accuracy of any data they provide. SheetFix works with the information given and does not verify business figures, pricing, or financial data.
Each completed job includes reasonable clarification and minor tidy-up after delivery. If something isn't working as expected or a label needs adjusting, that's covered.
Larger changes, new features, or a change in direction may be quoted separately. SheetFix will always confirm before starting additional work.
If work has not started, cancellation can be discussed and a refund arranged.
Once work has started or been completed, refunds are not guaranteed. If SheetFix cannot complete the job for any reason, the customer will be told and a fair next step will be agreed.
SheetFix improves spreadsheets — structure, formulas, usability, layout, and documentation. It does not replace a qualified accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer, tax adviser, or other professional.
If a spreadsheet is used for financial reporting, tax calculations, compliance tracking, or similar purposes, the customer should have a qualified professional review the output before relying on it.
